Sapphire Guidelines

Booking & Appointments

  • Reservations: Appointments are required in advance to secure your preferred time.
  • Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete check-in and enjoy our relaxation areas.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other clients. Full service fees apply.
  • Cancellations: Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a 50% service fee.

Spa Etiquette

  • Quiet & Relaxation: Our spa environment is designed for tranquility. Please keep conversations soft and silence cell phones.
  • Personal Belongings: Lockers are provided for your convenience. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Children: Our treatments are for adults unless otherwise specified. Children must be supervised in public areas.

Health & Safety

  • Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment.
  • Pregnancy: Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Please consult with your therapist.
  • Cleanliness: For the comfort of all clients, we maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards.

Spa Attire

  • Robes and towels are provided for all treatments.
  • For massages or body treatments, appropriate draping will be used at all times to ensure comfort and privacy.

Payment & Gratuity

  • We accept major credit cards, cash, and gift certificates.
  • A 15-20% gratuity is customary for your therapist.

Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift cards are available for any occasion and may be redeemed for services or retail items.
  • Packages must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Special Considerations

  • Some services may require a consultation prior to booking.
  • Spa promotions and memberships cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated.
