The Sapphire Luxury Spa is true to the name. A great gem located in Effingham, Illinois. The ambiance is incredible. Relaxing immediately upon entering the door. I have had 3 of their services so far. All have been top notch. We are lucky to have such a top notch luxury spa in my little town of Effingham.
